Booking & Payment
All lessons must be booked and paid for in advance to secure your lesson slot. Block bookings must be paid in full before the first lesson takes place.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or rearrange a lesson. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged in full.
Block Bookings
Block booking packages are non-refundable once purchased. Unused lessons cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Punctuality
Learners should be ready at the agreed collection point at the booked lesson time. Late arrival may result in reduced lesson time.
Driving Licence
Learners must hold a valid UK provisional or full driving licence and present it upon request.
Fitness to Drive
Learners must not attend lessons under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that may impair driving ability.
Vehicle & Safety
L Stars Driving School reserves the right to cancel or terminate a lesson if safety is compromised due to dangerous behaviour, illness, weather conditions or vehicle issues.
Instructor Responsibility
Every effort will be made to ensure lessons start and finish on time. Occasionally lesson times may change due to traffic, weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Practical Test Use
Use of the instructor’s vehicle for a practical driving test is subject to the instructor being satisfied that the learner is at a safe and suitable test standard.
